The guest room runs like a hotel room, reserved for exclusive use by friends and family of Verdante residents. It uses a simple online reservation system and the checkout date lets the property manager and cleaning crew know when to turn the room over. The Home Owners’ Association will determine the modest fee structure and policies on who may use it and for how long.
The Press Hotel, Hampton Inn, and Residence Inn, among others, also offer overnight accommodation options for guests within a few blocks of Verdante. See the neighborhood map.
