Each spring, the Maine Real Estate & Development Association celebrates development in Maine by recognizing various projects throughout the state that meet certain criteria. Luminato has been chosen as a Notable Project for 2017 based on the following criteria: environmental sustainability, difficulty of the development, uniqueness, economic impact, energy efficiency, social impact, and job creation. Luminato Condos was recognized at MEREDA’s 2018 Spring Conference on May 16.
