Gregory Pomerleau is the most recent addition to the NewHeight Group development team, but he’s been a part of the NHG community for years. Greg founded an energy infrastructure construction company in 2007, and as Executive V.P., led business to huge success—at its peak, GES employed 800 people with offices in 8 states completing projects throughout the US including construction of high-tension power lines and natural gas pipelines. Wanting to have a home base in his native Maine, Greg bought a condominium in NHG’s first Portland project, 118 on Munjoy Hill. When Greg learned that NHG was planning the Luminato Condominium project, he jumped at the chance to get in early, reserving a penthouse unit and as construction unfolded, customizing his dream home. When Greg decided to leave GES in 2018, seeking an opportunity that was less travel-intensive, joining the NHG team felt like a natural fit after many months of working together on Greg’s Luminato home. Greg has put his entrepreneurial credentials to work for NewHeight Group, and has tapped his national network in support of NHG’s near-term goals.
