A different perspective on space, opening up bold new possibilities

The raised room is a NewHeight Group space innovation allowing for privacy, natural light and extra storage. The raised rooms at Verdante will be similar to those at previous NewHeight Group buildings, including Luminato and 118 on Munjoy Hill, in Portland, Maine,  and at Langston Lofts, in Washington, DC.

Think about space in terms of volume – cubic feet, not square feet. By raising ceilings to 10 feet, the sense of space, light, and volume increases exponentially. Unit layouts break away from traditional room arrangements, giving way to fresh ideas. The resulting floor plans showcase uninterrupted ceilings and rooms that flow from one to another, in some units, rising up and creating unique private spaces.

Typical condos (left) have walls that prevent natural light from reaching interior rooms. Raised rooms (right) allow for privacy to the person above yet also enjoy natural light and views. A bonus is extra storage under the raised room.

Verdante raised rooms will be similar with these same qualities of daylight, views and privacy.
